Cancellation Policy
At Sukunj Buildcon LLP, we strive to deliver transparent and reliable construction services tailored to meet your needs. However, we understand that there may be circumstances that lead to the cancellation of a project. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable in such cases, ensuring clarity and fairness for all parties involved.
Cancellation Procedure
1. Notice of Cancellation
Customers must notify Sukunj Buildcon LLP of their intent to cancel by:
Sending an email from the registered email address to info@sukunjbuildcon.com, or
- Submitting a written notice via registered post with acknowledgment due to the company’s registered address.
- The notice must include the customer’s project details and reasons for cancellation.
- Acknowledgment of Cancellation: Sukunj Buildcon LLP will acknowledge the receipt of the cancellation request within 3 business days and initiate a case-by-case review.
2. Cancellation Fees
2.1 Non-Refundable Onboarding Fee:
- All cancellations made after 48 hours of the payment of the booking amount will incur a non-refundable onboarding fee of 1% of the Construction Cost.
2.2 Service Fee Deduction:
In addition to the onboarding fee, service fees will be charged based on the project stage at the time of cancellation:

Design Stage 1.00%
Structural Stage 3.50%
Pre-Construction Stage 2.50%
Construction Stage 2.00%
Construction Cost refers to the total project cost before any applicable discounts. Service fees will be calculated based on the latest approved Construction Cost.
3. Additional Costs
Any expenses incurred during the construction stage for resource mobilization exceeding the stage-wise fees will be charged on an actual basis. In case of disputes, Sukunj Buildcon LLP’s decision will be final and binding.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refund Amount
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting the onboarding fee, service fees, and any additional costs.
- Refunds will be transferred to the customer’s registered bank account within 30 business days from mutual agreement on the refund amount.
4.2 No Cash Refunds
- Refunds will not be issued in cash under any circumstances.
5. Documentation and Data Sharing
5.1 Designs and Reports
- Completed architectural or structural designs, soil tests, and surveys will be shared only if applicable and as per the designated project schedule.
5.2 Outstanding Payments
- If the costs incurred by Sukunj Buildcon LLP exceed the amounts paid by the customer, the customer must clear the outstanding balance within 30 business days from the date of written notice.
- An interest rate of 18% per annum will apply to overdue payments.
6. Modifications to the Policy
- Sukunj Buildcon LLP reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
- Customers will be bound by the updated terms and conditions published on our official website.
7. Jurisdiction
- Any disputes arising from this Cancellation Policy will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
