Benefits for Referrer (Person Making the Referral)

Each successful referral earns you a cashback based on the project value:

Project Value below INR 30 Lakhs: Cashback of INR 10,000.

Project Value INR 30 Lakhs to 50 Lakhs: Cashback of INR 15,000.

Project Value above INR 50 Lakhs: Cashback of INR 25,000.

Cashback will be processed within 14 days of project’s successful milestone completion (as defined in the terms below).

Unlimited referrals: There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make in a calendar year.

Payments will be made through direct bank transfer to the account provided during registration.

Benefits for Referee (Person Being Referred)

The referee is eligible for a 25% discount voucher on Modular Kitchen and Furniture purchases from our partner vendors upon:

Payment of 5% of the project value, or The commencement of construction, whichever is earlier.

Discount vouchers will be redeemable at participating outlets and valid for up to 6 months from the date of issue.

Eligibility Criteria

Both the referrer and referee must be residents of India.

This policy is valid only in cities where Sukunj Buildcon LLP operates.

The referrer must be registered with Sukunj Buildcon LLP to qualify for rewards.

Referrals must be genuine and involve projects that meet the minimum project value criteria of INR 15 Lakhs.

Terms & Conditions

A referral is considered successful only when the referee’s project reaches the completion of the ground-floor slab milestone.

The cashback will be deducted from the final milestone payment if the referrer also has an active project with Sukunj Buildcon LLP.

Multiple offers or promotions cannot be clubbed while seeking cashback or discounts.

In case of ambiguity, Sukunj Buildcon LLP reserves the sole right to interpret and apply the terms of the Referral Policy.

Sukunj Buildcon LLP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any disputes related to the Referral Policy will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

How to Refer

Share your unique referral code or link (provided upon registration) with friends and family.

Ensure the referee provides your referral code when contacting Sukunj Buildcon LLP.

Track your referrals and rewards through our customer portal.

Exclusions

Projects that do not meet the minimum project value criteria are not eligible for this referral program.

Employees of Sukunj Buildcon LLP and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Referral Policy.
